I am a lawyer, with an in-depth experience in privacy protection gained since 1995.

Integrating legal, technical and organizational skills, with my team I provide companies and multinational groups, active in various market sectors, with assistance for data governance, including advice on related contractual profiles.

I assist companies in front of the Italian DPA (Garante), both in disputes and in voluntary applications, as well as during inspections or information requests by this Authority.

I carry out an intense divulgative and training activity: I participate as a speaker at conferences on personal data protection issues, at training and updating workshops organized by companies and trade associations and I organize myself events, seminars and webinars aimed at consolidating and expanding the knowledge and awareness of data protection issues.

I am a lecturer at Master’s degree courses and university specialization courses, and I publish books and updates on current data protection issues.

I have been selected by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) as a member of the Support Pool of Experts with reference to the areas of “Technical expertise in new technologies and information security” and “Legal expertise in new technologies.”

CLUSIT member, I contribute to the Clusit Community for Security as a member of working groups and coauthor of thematic books published annually.

I am co-founder of IUSINTECH, a team of female professionals with specializations in the field of law applied to new technologies.

I love books, opera, gardening, and Argentine tango.
