Giancarlo, auditor with a master in Business Management and Organizational Development (MIP-Politecnico di Milano), has been dealing with ICT, organization and regulations since the early 80’s as:
- organization analyst, project manager, security manager and auditor at banking groups
- security and privacy consultant for companies of different sectors and sizes.
Since 2016 he collaborates with Maria Roberta Perugini and he is the referent of the technical-organizational area of the data protection practice of MRPerugini law firm.
Former member of the faculty of ABI Formazione and speaker and lecturer at conferences, masters and postgraduate courses of many organizations, institutions, universities.
He is member and former proboviro of AIEA/ISACA and member of CLUSIT and BCI (Business Continuity Institute).
He participates in numerous working groups at ABI LAB, ISACA-AIEA, Oracle Community for Security, UNINFO, Assogestioni…
He has published 800 articles, 25 books and white papers, some of them used as university texts, he is author of collective works within ABI LAB, Oracle Community for Security, CLUSIT Report on ICT security in Italy…
He has obtained the following certifications/qualifications: (LA BS7799), (LA ISO IEC 27001:2013), CRISC, CDPSE, ISM, DPO (UNI 11697:2017), AMBCI.
He loves animals and is co-founder and secretary of the association Fata & Amici Setter ODV (amicisettermilano).
